The invention discloses a sensor fault processing method and device for a rear wheel steering system and a vehicle. When a motor position sensor breaks down and a linear displacement sensor operates normally, the current position of a lead screw is detected through the linear displacement sensor, and the zero position difference value between the current position of the lead screw and the zero position of the lead screw is obtained; the rear wheel steering system is made to return to the initial zero position according to the zero position difference value; when the linear displacement sensor breaks down and the motor position sensor operates normally, the lead screw is driven by the motor to move in a reciprocating mode in the two limit directions of the rear wheel steering system. According to the multiple motor positions, the motor zero position corresponding to the zero position of the lead screw is obtained through calculation; according to the method, it can be guaranteed that the rear wheels return to the zero position to the maximum extent when a fault occurs, a driver can normally drive the vehicle under the condition that a sensor breaks down, and the usability of the vehicle is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于后轮转向系统的传感器故障处理方法、装置及车辆,当电机位置传感器出现故障且直线位移传感器正常运行,通过直线位移传感器检测丝杆的当前位置,得出丝杆的当前位置与丝杆的零位之间的零位差值;根据零位差值使得后轮转向系统回到初始零位;当直线位移传感器出现故障且电机位置传感器正常运行,通过电机带动丝杆朝后轮转向系统的两个极限方向往复移动;根据多个电机位置计算得到与丝杆的零位对应的电机零位位置;根据电机零位位置控制电机带动丝杆运动,使得后轮转向系统回到初始零位,本发明能保证在发生故障的时最大程度的保证后轮回到零位,在传感器故障下,驾驶员也可以正常驾驶车辆,提升车辆的可利用性。
