The invention discloses a power battery equalization system and method based on residual capacity estimation, and belongs to the field of new energy batteries, and the system comprises a residual capacity calculation unit which is used for obtaining the residual capacity of each string of single cells, and calculating the residual capacity deviation of each string of single cells; the equalization distribution unit is used for calculating the equalization weight of each single battery cell according to the calculation result of the residual capacity calculation unit, formulating an equalization scheme and driving an equalization circuit to realize equalization operation according to the equalization scheme; the storage unit is used for storing and reading the capacity data of the single battery cell when the system is dormant or awakened; and the equalization circuit is used for implementing equalization operation. According to the invention, based on accurate calculation of the residual capacity of the single cell and estimation of the discharge cut-off temperature, the residual capacity of the single cell in the discharge cut-off state is calculated so as to lock the single cell needing equalization, so that the equalization single cell can be locked more accurately, the equalization time is longer, the equalization scheme can be customized, and the equalization cut-off condition is more accurate.

    一种基于剩余容量估算的动力电池均衡系统及方法,属于新能源电池领域,包括:剩余容量计算单元,用于获取每串单体电芯的剩余容量,并计算每串单体电芯的剩余容量偏差;均衡分配单元,用于根据剩余容量计算单元的计算结果计算出每个单体电芯的均衡权重,用于制定均衡方案,用于根据均衡方案驱动均衡电路实现均衡操作;存储单元,用于系统休眠或唤醒时对单体电芯容量数据的存储和读取;均衡电路,用于实施均衡操作。本发明基于对单体电芯剩余容量的精确计算和放电截止温度的预估,计算放电截止状态单体电芯的剩余容量进而锁定需均衡单体,能够使均衡单体锁定更加准确,均衡时间更长,且均衡方案可定制,均衡截止条件更加精确。
