The invention relates to an integrated heat exchanger and a vehicle, and the integrated heat exchanger comprises a box body which is provided with a cooling oil inlet, a cooling oil outlet, a refrigerant inlet, a refrigerant outlet, a cooling liquid inlet and a cooling liquid outlet, the cooling oil inlet is used for receiving high-temperature cooling oil, the refrigerant flow path is in fluid communication between the refrigerant inlet and the refrigerant outlet, and the cooling liquid inlet is communicated with the cooling liquid outlet. The refrigerant flow path is arranged in the box body, the refrigerant flow path is soaked in the cooling oil so that a refrigerant can exchange heat with the cooling oil, the refrigerant outlet is used for conveying the refrigerant subjected to heat exchange to the vehicle power battery unit, the cooling liquid flow path is in fluid communication between the cooling liquid inlet and the cooling liquid outlet, and the cooling liquid flow path is arranged in the box body and is used for cooling the vehicle power battery unit. And the cooling liquid flow path is soaked in the cooling oil, so that the cooling liquid can exchange heat with the cooling oil. By means of the technical scheme, the integrated heat exchanger and the vehicle can solve the technical problems that a waste heat utilization system is low in waste heat utilization rate and complex in structure.
