The invention relates to a drive control strategy for an SiC-MOSFET/Si-IGBT hybrid device applied to electric drive of an electric vehicle, and the control strategy comprises the following steps: when the electric vehicle encounters a heavy load working condition, such as a starting acceleration stage of high torque and large current, only activating an Si-IGBT assembly, and utilizing the large current-carrying capability of the Si-IGBT assembly to meet the high current demand. And only the SiC-MOSFET component is activated under a light-load working condition, so that the advantages of high switching frequency and low switching loss of the SiC-MOSFET component are fully utilized. Under the working condition of constant-speed cruise, the strategy will adopt a SiC-MOSFET and Si-IGBT cooperative working mode, and optimized load distribution and energy efficiency are achieved. The hybrid device is effectively protected, the overcurrent risk is reduced, the overall performance of the electric drive system is improved, it is ensured that the motor electric drive system can stably run for a long time in the application of the hybrid device, and variable working conditions and application environments are effectively coped with.
