The invention discloses a power supply circuit of a battery management system and a vehicle. The power supply circuit comprises a power supply and a first relay, the first relay comprises a first coil and a first switch; the first end of the first coil is used for being connected with the positive electrode of the charging unit in the charging state of the battery, and the second end of the first coil is used for being connected with the negative electrode of the charging unit in the charging state of the battery; the first end of the first switch is connected with a power supply; the first coil is used for receiving a charging signal and controlling the second end of the first switch to be connected with the battery management system according to the charging signal when the battery is in a charging state. According to the technical scheme, when the battery is in the charging state, the first coil receives the charging signal and controls the first switch to conduct the loop of the power supply and the battery management system, so that the power supply supplies power to the battery management system, and the battery management system monitors the battery when the battery is in the charging state; and the working efficiency and the safety performance of the battery management system are optimized.

    本发明公开了一种电池管理系统的供电电路和车辆。其中,该供电电路包括:供电电源和第一继电器;第一继电器包括第一线圈和第一开关;第一线圈的第一端用于在电池的充电状态下与充电单元的正极连接,第一线圈的第二端用于在电池的充电状态下与充电单元的负极连接;第一开关的第一端与供电电源连接;第一线圈用于在电池的充电状态下,接收充电信号并根据充电信号控制第一开关的第二端与电池管理系统连接。本发明的技术方案,在电池充电状态下,第一线圈接收充电信号并控制第一开关导通供电电源与电池管理系统的回路,使得供电电源对电池管理系统供电,实现了在电池充电状态下,电池管理系统对电池的监测,优化了电池管理系统的工作效能和安全性能。
