The invention discloses a power battery anti-theft circuit, a battery management system, a power battery and a vehicle, and the power battery anti-theft circuit comprises a vehicle ground potential interface, a first power interface, a current limiting assembly, a control module and a position information sending module; the first power interface is connected with the first input end of the control module and the first end of the current limiting assembly. The second end of the current limiting assembly is connected with the vehicle ground potential interface and the second input end of the control module. The vehicle ground potential interface is used for lowering the potential at the second input end of the control module when the vehicle ground potential interface is connected with a vehicle body; and the control module is used for sending the current position to a set user terminal through the position information sending module when the second input end of the control module receives the high level signal. By detecting the potential of the second end of the control module, whether the power battery is separated from the vehicle and stolen or not is judged, and after it is determined that the power battery is stolen, the position information is sent to a user so that the power battery can be found.
