The inhabitation mechanism comprises claw toes, a center frame, a ratchet strip, a pawl, a rope, a spring piece, a spring and a battery frame, an additional driver is not needed, and self-locking and unlocking of the inhabitation mechanism are achieved only through impact during inhabitation and torsion of the yaw control mechanism. The robot can hover above rough columnar objects such as branches, then the rope is pulled through impact during falling, the claw toes are pulled to be folded, self-locking is achieved through the ratchet strips and the pawls, and it is ensured that the holding force for inhabiting is sufficient. The yaw control mechanism pulls the pawl, the inhabiting mechanism is unlocked, and it is ensured that the robot can be separated from the inhabiting object. According to the invention, inhabitation and takeoff of the miniature bionic flapping-wing flying robot are realized.
