The invention discloses a mooring aerostat which comprises a mooring aerostat body, a wind power generation assembly and a connecting assembly. The connecting assembly is connected with a capsule body of the mooring aerostat body and the wind power generation assembly, and the wind power generation assembly is located below the capsule body. According to the mooring aerostat, wind energy can be converted into stable and continuous electric energy through the wind power generation assembly and the mooring rope adjusting device of the mooring aerostat body, and the stable and continuous electric energy can be used by all devices of the mooring aerostat; meanwhile, the wind power generation assembly is arranged below the capsule body, and the wind-following reversing balance of the mooring aerostat is adjusted through the connecting assembly.
