The invention discloses an aerostat mooring module wheel set device which comprises a frame body, a guide pulley assembly and a metering pulley assembly. The guide pulley assembly is mounted on the frame body; the metering pulley assembly is located below the guide pulley assembly and comprises two pulley sleeves fixedly connected to the top of a pulley support, a first pulley shaft is arranged between the two pulley sleeves, a first pulley is fixedly connected to the middle of the first pulley shaft, and the two ends of the first pulley shaft are rotationally connected into the corresponding pulley sleeves respectively. A length counting encoder is arranged at one end of the first pulley shaft; a tensioner support is arranged below the pulley support, the tensioner support is fixedly connected to the frame body, and the tensioner support is connected with the pulley support through a tensioner. The mode that the guide pulley and the metering pulley are separated is adopted, the rope stroke is reduced, space is saved through vertical distribution, and meanwhile the metering pulley is simple in structure and higher in reliability.

    本发明公开了一种浮空器系留模块轮组装置,包括架体、导向滑轮组件和计量滑轮组件;导向滑轮组件安装在架体上;计量滑轮组件位于导向滑轮组件的斜下方,计量滑轮组件包括滑轮支架的顶部固定连接有两个滑轮套,两个滑轮套之间设置有第一滑轮轴,第一滑轮轴的中部固定连接第一滑轮,第一滑轮轴的两端分别转动连接在相对应的滑轮套中,第一滑轮轴的其中一端设置有计长编码器;滑轮支架的下方设置张力器支架,张力器支架固定连接在架体上,张力器支架与滑轮支架之间通过张力器连接。本发明采用导向滑轮和计量滑轮分开的方式,减少绳索行程,上下分布节约空间,同时,计量滑轮结构简单,可靠性更高。
