The invention relates to a posture adjusting mechanism for an underwater vehicle, a first support plate and a second support plate are respectively connected with two ends of a sealing cylinder, a roll angle adjusting assembly comprises a roll motor, a worm, a worm gear, a first turntable, a second turntable, a slide bar and a first transmission assembly, the first turntable is rotatably connected with the first support plate, and the second turntable is rotatably connected with the second support plate; the second rotating disc is rotationally connected with the second supporting plate, the two ends of the sliding rod are connected with the first rotating disc and the second rotating disc correspondingly, the lead block is slidably connected to the sliding rod, and the rolling motor drives the first rotating disc to rotate through a worm and worm wheel and the first transmission assembly. The pitching motor drives the ball screw to rotate through the second transmission assembly, the two ends of the ball screw are rotationally connected with the first rotating disc and the second rotating disc respectively, and the lead block is connected with the ball screw through the lead screw nut. The technical problem that in the prior art, the size and energy consumption of an underwater vehicle attitude adjusting mechanism are difficult to obtain at the same time is solved.
