The invention belongs to the technical field of tracked vehicle transmission, and particularly relates to a tracked vehicle electromechanical composite multi-gear transmission and braking device which comprises a diesel engine, a generator, a steering driving motor and a straight driving motor which are arranged in sequence and connected with one another through transmission components or cables. Five planet rows; eight straight gears, three main transmission shafts, four brakes and two clutches; the engine is connected with the generator to achieve the power generation function, and electric energy is transmitted to the steering driving motor and the straight driving motor through cables. The two output ends are respectively a first output shaft and a second output shaft, the first output shaft and the second output shaft are connected with a brake, and the brake is connected with a sun gear of the side speed reducer and outputs power to a driving wheel; the functions of electric driving, large-range electromechanical composite speed change, double-current stepless steering, electromechanical combined braking, high-power power supply and the like can be achieved, the transmission line is simple, the driving capacity is large, the efficiency and power density are high, and the structure is compact.

    本发明属于履带车辆传动技术领域,具体涉及一种履带车辆机电复合多档传动与制动装置,包括:按顺序排列,相互之间利用传动构件或电缆连接的柴油机、发电机、转向驱动电机、直驶驱动电机;五个行星排;八个直齿轮、三个主传动轴、四个制动器和两个离合器;发动机连接发电机,实现发电功能,通过电缆将电能传递给转向驱动电机、直驶驱动电机;输出端有两个,分别为第一输出轴、第二输出轴,其中,第一输出轴、第二输出轴与制动器相连,制动器与侧减速器太阳轮相连,将动力输出给主动轮;可实现电驱动、大范围机电复合变速、双流无级转向、机电联合制动、大功率供电等功能,传递路线简单,驱动能力大、效率和功率密度高、结构紧凑。
