The invention discloses a tracked vehicle emergency braking stability control method based on electromechanical combined braking. The method comprises the steps that the maximum deceleration curve of a tracked vehicle is determined; determining the actual deceleration of the tracked vehicle; if the actual deceleration is smaller than the deceleration corresponding to the real-time vehicle speed, the tracked vehicle is braked through a preset mechanical braking program; if the actual deceleration is larger than or equal to the deceleration corresponding to the real-time vehicle speed, the maximum deceleration corresponding to the current vehicle speed in a maximum deceleration curve serves as a control target, the motor torque of the tracked vehicle is adjusted through PID control so as to change the braking force of the vehicle, and control over the actual deceleration of the tracked vehicle is achieved. According to the method, the instability in the braking process is effectively reduced, and the safety and reliability of the vehicle are improved.
本发明公开了一种基于机电联合制动的履带车辆紧急制动稳定性控制方法,所述方法包括:确定所述履带车辆的最大减速度曲线;确定所述履带车辆实际的减速度;若所述实际的减速度小于所述实时车速对应的减速度,以预设机械制动程序对所述履带车辆进行制动;若所述实际的减速度大于或等于所述实时车速对应的减速度,以最大减速度曲线中当前车速对应的最大减速度为控制目标,通过PID控制调整所述履带车辆的电机扭矩以改变车辆制动力,实现对所述履带车辆实际的减速度的控制。本方法有效降低了制动过程中的不稳定性,提高了车辆的安全性和可靠性。
