The invention discloses a clearance compensation type steering gear reducing mechanism based on a toroidal worm, which comprises a worm and a transmission gear set in meshing transmission with the worm, and the worm is an involute toroidal worm; the transmission gear set comprises a fixed gear and an adjusting gear which are coaxially arranged, and the fixed gear and the adjusting gear are both bevel gears. The adjusting gear can be driven to rotate relative to the fixed gear in the circumferential direction, and the adjusting gear is used for compensating the tooth gap between the worm and the fixed gear; the involute toroidal worm is used for replacing a cylindrical worm, the bevel gear is used for transmission, contact release is effectively converted into line contact from point contact, stress on the tooth surfaces of the worm and the bevel gear is reduced, the bearing capacity and transmission stability of the worm and the bevel gear are improved, and the service life of the worm and the bevel gear is prolonged. The adjusting gear can rotate relative to the fixed gear under the automatic adjusting effect of the adjusting assembly so as to achieve automatic compensation of the backlash, so that compared with the prior art, the automatic backlash compensation device has higher bearing capacity, more stable transmission capacity and lower vibration noise.
本发明公开了一种基于环面蜗杆的间隙补偿型转向器减速机构,包括蜗杆和与蜗杆啮合传动的传动齿轮组,蜗杆为渐开面环面蜗杆;传动齿轮组包括同轴设置的固定齿轮和调节齿轮,固定齿轮和调节齿轮均为斜齿轮;调节齿轮可被驱动的在周向与固定齿轮相对转动,调节齿轮用于补偿蜗杆与固定齿轮的齿间间隙;本发明用渐开面环面蜗杆代替圆柱蜗杆,并使用斜齿轮传动,有效将接触放式由点接触转变为线接触,减少蜗杆和斜齿轮齿面上的应力,提高了蜗杆和斜齿轮的承载能力和传动的平稳性,调节齿轮在调节组件的自动调节作用下可以相对固定齿轮转动,以实现对侧隙的自动补偿,使得本发明相较于现有技术具备更高的承载能力、更稳定的传动能力,更低的振动噪声。
