The invention relates to the technical field of wind driven generators, and provides an intelligent tower drum cleaning device and method.The device comprises a self-adaptive cleaning machine which is provided with a winch, a sling is arranged in the winch, a wet wiping part is arranged at the bottom of the winch, a scraping cleaning part is arranged behind the wet wiping part, and a liquid storage barrel is arranged above the scraping cleaning part; the liquid storage barrel is connected with the liquid spraying part, the liquid spraying part is arranged between the wet wiping part and the scraping cleaning part, the self-adaptive chassis is arranged behind the scraping cleaning part, the vibration sensing device is arranged in the middle of the self-adaptive chassis, the front end of the self-adaptive chassis is connected with the scraping cleaning part, and the vibration sensing device adjusts the inclination angle of the scraping cleaning part. And the speed of the winch is controlled under the condition of abnormal operation vibration. The inclination angle switching of the scraping cleaning part is automatically adjusted through the self-adaptive chassis so as to guarantee the flatness after cleaning, and the operation safety is guaranteed by controlling the speed of the winch.

    本发明涉及风力发电机技术领域,提供了一种基于风力发电的塔筒智能清洁装置及方法,该装置包括:自适应清洁机,设置有卷扬机,吊索设置在卷扬机内,卷扬机的底部设置有湿擦部,湿擦部的后方设置有刮洁部,刮洁部的上方设置有储液桶,储液桶与喷液部相连接,喷液部设置在湿擦部和刮洁部之间,刮洁部的后方设置有自适应底盘,自适应底盘的中部设置有振动感应装置,且自适应底盘的前端与刮洁部相连接,振动感应装置调节刮洁部的倾斜角度,且在出现异常作业振动的情况下控制卷扬机的速度。本发明通过自适应底盘自动调节刮洁部的倾斜角度切换以保证清洁后的平整度,并且通过控制卷扬机的速度保障作业安全。
