Each transmission shaft is sequentially provided with a plurality of weight blocks in the direction away from the main shaft, traction shaft transmission gears are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the weight blocks, of the transmission shafts, the traction shaft transmission gears are in meshed transmission connection with traction shafts used for lifting or descending the weight blocks, and brakes are arranged on the transmission shafts and correspond to the weight blocks. The brake and the clutch are electrically connected with a control system, and the control system is used for sending a braking instruction to the brake in advance t time and then sending a disengagement instruction to the clutch when the weight block reaches the high point. According to the invention, safe and effective transmission of braking torque between the generator main shaft and the transmission shaft is realized in the starting and stopping process of the super-large-mass heavy block tower type gravity energy storage unit.

    本发明公开了一种塔式重力储能的大扭矩低转速离合制动器及方法,包括电动发电机,电动发电机的输出轴固定连接有主轴,主轴上对称传动连接有多组传动轴,每组传动轴均与主轴垂直设置,每组传动轴上靠近主轴位置均设置有离合器,每组传动轴沿远离主轴方向依次设置有多组重物快,传动轴上对应每组重物块位置设置有曳引轴传动齿轮,曳引轴传动齿轮啮合传动连接有用于提升或下降重物块的曳引轴,且传动轴上对应每组重物块均设置制动器,制动器以及离合器均电联接有控制系统,控制系统用于在重物块到达高点时,提前t时间向制动器发出制动指令然后向离合器送脱离指令。本发明实现了超大质量重物块塔式重力储能机组启机与停机过程中,发电机主轴和传动轴之间制动力矩的安全有效传递。
