The invention provides a transformer assembly hoisting device which comprises a support arranged on the ground, a preassembling support is detachably arranged on the support, a plurality of sets of locking mechanisms are arranged on the preassembling support at intervals in the vertical direction, the locking mechanisms correspond to cross arms one to one, the cross arms are arranged on the corresponding locking mechanisms, and the opening directions of the locking mechanisms are the same. When the transformer assembly is hoisted in place, the preassembled support can be driven by external force to be away from the transformer assembly so as to open the locking mechanism. By arranging the preassembling support and arranging the locking mechanism on the preassembling support, a cross arm provided with related power grid devices can be conveniently fixed to the preassembling support, then a constructor can assemble a transformer assembly on the ground, and during construction, the preassembling support only needs to be hoisted through one-time hoisting equipment, so that the transformer assembly can be conveniently assembled, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved. And then a worker fixes each cross arm on an electric pole to complete the installation of the transformer assembly, so that the service time of hoisting equipment can be greatly shortened.

    本发明提供了一种变压器组件吊装装置,包括设于地面上的支座,支座上可拆卸设有预装支架,预装支架上设有上下间隔设置的多组锁紧机构,锁紧机构与横担一一对应,横担设于对应的锁紧机构上,锁紧机构的打开方向相同,变压器组件吊装就位时,预装支架能够因外力的驱动远离变压器组件而打开锁紧机构。本发明通过设置预装支架,并在预装支架上设置锁紧机构,可便于安装有相关电网器件的横担固定在预装支架上,然后施工人员可在地面上进行变压器组件的组装,在施工时,只需使用一次起吊设备将预装支架吊起,然后工作人员将各横担固定在电杆上即可完成变压器组件的安装可大大降低起吊设备的使用时间。
