In the lifting operation process of the transformer, the size of the transformer is flexibly matched, accurate leveling can be achieved so that the lifting stability can be better guaranteed, and the reliability of the lifting operation of the transformer is overall improved.

    本发明公开了一种变压器起吊装置,涉及变压器技术领域,包括:上吊链传动组件上设有第一吊环和第一激光发射器;上圆柱套管铺设有激光轨迹捕捉板;上圆柱套管通过调节转轴组件与下圆柱套管转动连接且呈上下分布,上圆柱套管和下圆柱套管的两端均通过电推杆与下吊链组件连接;上吊链传动组件通过上吊链组分别与上圆柱套管和下圆柱套管的第二吊环、第三吊环连接;下吊链组件的底部与变压器连接且设有第二激光发射器;遥控器分别与上吊链传动组件、激光轨迹捕捉板、调节转轴组件、下吊链组件、第二激光发射器通信连接。在变压器起吊作业过程中,灵活匹配变压器的尺寸,能够精确调平以更好地保障起吊稳定性,整体提升了变压器起吊作业的可靠性。
