The invention discloses an automobile automatic emergency braking system which comprises an automatic emergency braking system assembly, and the automatic emergency braking system assembly is composed of a millimeter wave radar, an MPC5748G microcontroller, a braking power-assisted motor, a CAN signal transceiver and radar calibration software. The automatic emergency braking system architecture is composed of a sensing layer, a decision-making layer and an execution layer. The sensing layer senses the front road condition through a millimeter wave radar; the decision-making layer is used for making a decision according to the signal sent by the sensing layer through an MPC5748G microcontroller; according to the execution layer, a vehicle ECU receives a braking CAN signal sent by the MPC5748G microcontroller. According to the automobile automatic emergency braking system, upper computer radar calibration software is designed on the basis of millimeter wave radar and used for configuring and calibrating radar parameters and obtaining target information detected by the radar, a peripheral circuit system board is designed on the basis of an MPC5748G microcontroller, and an early warning and emergency braking strategy based on the automobile speed and collision time is formulated; and the active safety of the automobile is improved.
