The method has the advantages that a camera and millimeter waves are fused, so that the credibility of obstacle recognition is improved, and serious traffic accidents caused by the fact that automatic emergency braking does not work due to the fact that a driver mistakenly steps on a throttle valve can be effectively avoided.
