The invention discloses a high-voltage interlocking loop, system, vehicle, method, device, equipment and medium, which are applied to the technical field of fuel cells, and are specifically characterized in that a plurality of high-voltage parts are connected in series to form a high-voltage interlocking circuit, the first end of the high-voltage interlocking circuit is connected with the signal output end of an FCU, and the second end of the high-voltage interlocking circuit is connected with the signal input end of the FCU; the control output end of the FCU is connected with the control input end of the DC/DC on-off switch unit; a first high-voltage interlocking signal output by the FCU sequentially passes through all high-voltage parts in the high-voltage interlocking circuit to form a second high-voltage interlocking signal to be input into the FCU, and when the FCU determines that the high-voltage interlocking circuit is abnormal based on at least one of the amplitude, the frequency and the duty ratio of the second high-voltage interlocking signal, the DC/DC on-off switch unit is controlled to disconnect the galvanic pile from the DC/DC. Therefore, when the fuel cell system has a high-voltage loop fault, high-voltage input and output can be cut off in time, and the problem of electric shock of personnel is avoided.

    本申请公开了一种高压互锁回路、系统、车辆、方法、装置、设备及介质,应用于燃料电池技术领域,具体为:多个高压零部件串联形成高压互锁电路的第一端与FCU的信号输出端连接,第二端与FCU的信号输入端连接;FCU的控制输出端与DC/DC通断开关单元的控制输入端连接;FCU输出的第一高压互锁信号依次经过高压互锁电路中的各个高压零部件后形成第二高压互锁信号输入FCU,FCU基于第二高压互锁信号的幅值、频率和占空比中的至少一个确定高压互锁电路出现异常时,控制DC/DC通断开关单元断开电堆与DC/DC的连接,从而可以保证在燃料电池系统发生高压回路故障时,及时切断高压输入和输出,避免出现人员触电问题。
