When the number of the condition factors is one, hysteresis processing is conducted on the maximum value and the minimum value allowed by the target water temperature of the battery, when the water temperature of the four-way valve is within the maximum temperature hysteresis interval and the minimum temperature hysteresis interval allowed by the battery, delay processing is conducted on entering and exiting at the same time, and the accuracy of VCU control entering waste heat recovery is improved. When the number of the condition factors is two or more, the condition factors can be accurately matched with the working interval of the heat pump air conditioner by judging that permission conditions for entering waste heat recovery include increasing of the environment temperature, the battery cell temperature and the cooling liquid water temperature. The accuracy of judging the effective waste heat recovery interval is improved, the energy consumption of the electric automobile in winter can be improved, and the cruising ability of the automobile is improved.

    本发明涉及领域电动汽车技术领域,特别涉及一种电动汽车余热回收控制方法、装置、介质及整车控制器。本发明根据当前环境温度、和/或电动汽车的电芯温度、和/或冷却液水温,判断是否开启余热回收。所述条件因素为一个时,对电池目标水温允许的最大值和最小值分别进行滞回处理,当四通阀水温在电池允许的最大和最小温度滞回区间内,同时对进入和退出进行延迟处理,提高了VCU控制进入余热回收精准性。所述条件因素为两个及以上时,通过判断进入余热回收的许可条件有增加环境温度、电芯温度和冷却液水温,可精确地和热泵空调工作区间匹配。提高了判断有效余热回收区间的精准性,有利于改善电动汽车冬季的能耗消耗,增加了汽车的续航能力。
