The split type aluminum alloy thrust rod comprises a column pipe and spherical hinge seats welded to the two ends of the column pipe, each spherical hinge seat is provided with a containing cavity used for containing a ball pin assembly, and the inner wall of one end of each containing cavity is provided with a step used for preventing the ball pin assembly from disengaging. A C-shaped clamping spring and a clamping spring check ring used for preventing the C-shaped clamping spring from disengaging are embedded in the inner wall face of the other end of the clamping spring. According to the invention, the clamp spring retainer ring is introduced to limit the deformation of the C-shaped clamp spring, so that the C-shaped clamp spring is not easy to fall off from the aluminum alloy spherical hinge seat. In addition, the manufacturing process for welding the spherical hinge seat and the column pipe is optimized, so that the overall strength of the split type aluminum alloy thrust rod is improved; and the welding process is optimized, so that the risk that the welding process is fractured from a welding seam is reduced. When the whole vehicle is tested, no abnormal phenomenon occurs when the split type aluminum alloy thrust rod is tested for 250,000 times, and the reliability is good.

    本发明涉及一种分体式铝合金推力杆,包括柱管以及焊接在柱管两端的球铰座,球铰座具有用于容纳球销总成的容纳腔,容纳腔的一端内壁设有用于阻挡球销总成脱出的台阶,另一端的内壁面嵌设有C型卡簧以及用于阻挡C型卡簧脱出的卡簧挡圈。本发明通过引入卡簧挡圈使C型卡簧的变形受到限制,从而使其不易从铝合金球铰座中脱出。此外,本发明对焊接球铰座和柱管的制造工艺进行了优化,以提高分体式铝合金推力杆的整体强度;对焊接工艺进行了优化,以减少其从焊缝处断裂的风险。整车试验时,该分体式铝合金推力杆试验25万次无异常现象出现,可靠性好。
