The invention discloses a novel split type aluminum alloy side wall outer plate which comprises a side wall outer plate front section, a C-column upper edge beam outer plate, a side wall outer plate rear section, a rear combination lamp installation plate and a rear door threshold beam outer plate, and the two ends of the C-column upper edge beam outer plate are fixedly connected with the upper portion of the side wall outer plate front section and the upper portion of the side wall outer plate rear section respectively. The two ends of the rear combination lamp installation plate are fixedlyconnected with the lower portion of the side wall outer plate front section and the lower portion of the side wall outer plate rear section respectively, and the rear door threshold beam outer plate and the tail portion of the side wall outer plate rear section are connected into a whole. According to the novel split type aluminum alloy side wall outer plate, the weight of a whole vehicle can be effectively reduced, and energy conservation and emission reduction are facilitated; the novel split type aluminum alloy side wall outer plate is good in part forming performance, high in material utilization rate in the manufacturing process, convenient to transport and high in corrosion resistance, in addition, all parts of the side wall outer plate are connected in a riveted mode, the operationis convenient, no harmful gas is generated compared with electric welding, the harm to the body of a machining person is reduced, and therefore the practicability is high.
