The device has the characteristics that the control damping force can be continuously and steplessly adjusted, the damping force is convenient to adjust, the integration degree is high, and the requirements of different operators for different control damping forces can be met; the method can be widely applied to unmanned aerial vehicle accelerator control equipment to control the oil quantity of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
