The invention discloses an ice and snow blowing integrated deck cleaning device for a ship. The ice and snow blowing integrated deck cleaning device comprises a supporting table, an ultrasonic thickness gauge, a heating melting unit, a hot air generating unit, a liquid supply unit, a blowing unit, a crushing unit and a control unit. The supporting table is arranged on the frame; the ultrasonic thickness gauge is arranged on the supporting table; the upper end of the heating melting unit is connected with the supporting table; the hot gas generation unit and the liquid supply unit are connected with the purging unit; the purging unit is arranged below the heating and melting unit and is connected with the heating and melting unit; the crushing unit is arranged at the lower end of the heating and melting unit; the ultrasonic thickness gauge measures the thickness of an ice layer on the deck and transmits the thickness to the control unit; and the control unit controls the heating melting unit, the purging unit, the crushing unit, the hot air generation unit and the liquid supply unit to work according to the thickness. The invention further provides an ice and snow purging method. According to the invention, ice and snow on the deck can be removed under the condition that the deck coating is not damaged.
