The frame body is used for moving the whole robot unit, parcels can be conveniently transferred, the loading and unloading arm of the loading unit can drive the front end of the loading and unloading arm to rotate through the control end to achieve opening and closing of a clamping opening, and the control end enables the clamping opening to stably clamp the parcels under driving of a clamping air cylinder; parcels can drive the loading frame to rotate in the circumferential direction through the lifting air cylinder after being clamped, and the parcels are transferred to the storage table from the loading and unloading table after being lifted, so that the parcels can move along with the whole robot unit and are transferred to a corresponding storage area to be stacked.
本发明公开了一种物流包裹转运智能机器人,包括车架本体和装载单元;装载单元包括位于车架本体前端对应装卸台后方的装载架,装载架两端铰接有装卸臂,装卸臂前端设有夹持部,车架本体前端两侧设有垂直间隔布置并与装卸台活动适配的导向柱,两导向柱之间控制螺杆,本发明中车架本体用于移动整个机器人单元,便于对包裹进行转运,装载单元的装卸臂可通过控制端带动装卸臂的前端转动实现夹持口的开合,控制端在夹持气缸的驱动下使夹持口稳定夹持包裹,包裹经过夹持后能够通过举升气缸带动装载架周向转动,包裹经过举升后由装卸台转移至置物台上,从而可随整个机器人单元移动,转移至相应的存储区域进行堆放。
