The invention relates to a multi-radar installation mistake proofing method and device. The method comprises the steps that when a whole vehicle passes through a calibration room, point cloud detection instructions are sent to a plurality of radar sensors through respective communication addresses of the radar sensors, the communication addresses are internet protocol addresses randomly distributed to the radar sensors in advance based on a dynamic host configuration protocol, and the radar sensors are installed on the whole vehicle; receiving point cloud data which are acquired by the plurality of radar sensors in response to the point cloud detection instruction and are sent through the communication address; and determining the actual installation position of the radar sensor corresponding to each communication address on the whole vehicle based on the point cloud data. The technical problem that the mistake proofing effect of related technologies such as a wire harness control method cannot meet user requirements is solved.
