The invention discloses an automobile wheel mistake-proofing system and a mistake-proofing control method, which are based on use of an MES and RFID hardware. When a vehicle enters an assembly station, an RFID reader-writer is used for collecting information carrier information and transmitting the information carrier information to a server, the correspondence between the MES and the collected information is utilized, and a result is transmitted to the field display screen to guide staff to assemble. At a detection station, vehicle information is collected through using RFID, the vehicle information is called from the MES, a controller operation signal is sent to a visual collection camera, the visual collection camera is matched with a color temperature sensor to supplement light to collect vehicle wheel information and transmit the vehicle wheel information to a server, and meanwhile, the system is compared with a collected picture to judge conformity and outputs the conformity to awarning lamp and a printer. By the adoption of the automobile wheel mistake-proofing system and the mistake-proofing control method thereof, the automobile wheel mistake-proofing system is simple instructure, convenient to use and achieve, safe, reliable and low in cost investment, and production efficiency and assembly quality are improved.
本发明公开了一种汽车车轮防错装系统及防错控制方法,基于MES系统及RFID硬件的使用;当车辆进入装配工位时,运用RFID读写器采集信息载体信息传输到服务器,运用MES与采集信息对应关第,将结果传输至现场显示屏,指导员工装配;在检测工位,通过RFID采集车辆信息,从MES中调取车辆信息,同时给控制器运行信号,视觉采集相机配合色温传感器补光采集车辆车轮信息,并传输至服务器,同时根据系统与采集图片相比对,判断符合性,并输出至警示灯与打印机。采用上述技术方案,其结构简单、使用方便、便于实现、安全可靠,使用较少的成本投入,提高了生产效率和装配质量。
