The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic information fusion systems, in particular to an intelligent traffic multi-modal information fusion system based on edge calculation. The system comprises a data acquisition module, a vehicle detection module, a feature extraction module, a cross-view semantic association modeling module, an adaptive threshold matching module, a vehicle matching module, a trajectory tracking module and a global decision module. Wherein the cross-view semantic association modeling module is used for constructing a vehicle feature graph, modeling a relationship between nodes and outputting optimized node feature representation; the adaptive threshold matching module is used for adaptively learning a matching threshold function; the vehicle matching module is used for filtering the vehicle similarity matrix according to the learned threshold function to obtain a cross-view vehicle matching result; the trajectory tracking module is used for constructing a vehicle motion trajectory according to the matching result; and the global decision module is used for receiving the trajectory data and dynamically adjusting a traffic strategy in combination with a prior traffic rule and traffic flow prediction.
