The invention discloses an intelligent traffic management method and system based on multi-modal perception, and relates to the technical field of traffic intelligent management, and the method comprises the steps: connecting a collection broadcast module in an intelligent traffic management system to extract a traffic influence event; carrying out influence range positioning and influence factor decomposition on the traffic influence event meeting the preset requirement, and determining a sensor influence factor and an involved sensor; performing sensor data acquisition anomaly association analysis to obtain sensor anomaly parameters and anomaly influence degrees; traversal matching is carried out, and a compensation sensor is determined; constructing a multi-modal sensing fusion channel by using a compensation sensor and an involved sensor to obtain fusion sensing data; and a traffic management strategy is determined by fusing the sensing data and is fed back to the traffic management execution module for traffic management control. The method has the technical effects of high environmental fitness, strong anti-interference capability, high multi-modal data accuracy, high confidence and improvement of the traffic management level.
