The invention discloses a cerium-doped praseodymium zirconate high-temperature thermal protection coating material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of thermal protection coatings. The chemical formula of the coating material is Pr2 (Zr < 1-x > Ce < x >) 2O7, and x is 0.1-0.9. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing Pr6O11, ZrO2 and CeO2, then synthesizing Pr2 (Zr1-xCex) 2O7 powder through high-temperature solid-phase reaction, then mixing and ball-milling the Pr2 (Zr1-xCex) 2O7 powder with ammonium citrate and Arabic gum, and finally depositing on the surface of a nickel-based high-temperature alloy matrix coated with a NiCrAlY metal bonding layer by adopting an APS technology. The coating material has good high-temperature phase stability, high infrared emissivity and low thermal conductivity, the applicable temperature of a coating is increased, and the surface temperature of the coating is reduced; and meanwhile, the thermal expansion coefficient matched with the nickel-based high-temperature alloy and the performance of resisting CMAS corrosion at the high temperature of 1300 DEG C are achieved, and wide application prospects are achieved in the field of aerospace.

    本发明公开了一种铈掺杂锆酸镨高温热防护涂层材料及其制备方法和应用,属于热防护涂层技术领域。该涂层材料,化学分子式为Pr2(Zr1‑xCex)2O7,x为0.1~0.9。通过将Pr6O11、ZrO2和CeO2混合后经高温固相反应合成Pr2(Zr1‑xCex)2O7粉末,然后与柠檬酸铵和阿拉伯胶混合球磨,最后采用APS技术在包覆有NiCrAlY金属粘结层的镍基高温合金基体表面沉积制备得到。该涂层材料具有良好的高温相稳定性、高红外发射率和低热导率,提升了涂层的适用温度并降低了涂层的表面温度;同时具有与镍基高温合金相匹配的热膨胀系数和抗1300℃高温CMAS腐蚀性能,在航空航天领域具有广泛的应用前景。
