The invention discloses a stealth ultra-high-temperature thermal protection coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The ultra-high-temperature thermal protection coating is prepared from a ceramizable polymer precursor and ultra-high-temperature ceramic powder. Wherein the ceramizable polymer precursor is prepared from at least one metal element complex and a silicon-based polymer through a reaction, and in the service process, the polymer precursor is converted into ultra-high-temperature nano-composite ceramic composed of transition metal carbon/nitride and a Si (C/N) ceramic phase. The ultrahigh-temperature ceramic powder is composed of transition metal carbide, boride or nitride and the like, and is uniformly distributed in the polymer precursor. The coating can be directly coated on the outer surface of a structural member of a high-speed aircraft, can show excellent electromagnetic wave absorbing performance at the initial stage of flight, and can be converted into an ultra-high-temperature (nano) multiphase ceramic coating in situ through pneumatic heating in the high-speed flight process to form effective thermal protection for the aircraft, so that the stealth and heat protection integrated function is shown.

    本发明公开了一种隐身超高温热防护涂料及其制备方法和应用,所述超高温热防护涂料由可陶瓷化聚合物先驱体和超高温陶瓷粉体组成。其中,可陶瓷化聚合物先驱体由至少一种金属元素配合物与硅基聚合物反应制备而成,在服役过程中,该聚合物先驱体转化为由过渡金属碳/氮化物和Si(C/N)陶瓷相组成的超高温纳米复相陶瓷。超高温陶瓷粉体由过渡金属碳化物、硼化物或氮化物等组成,并均匀分布于聚合物先驱体之中。该涂料可直接涂敷于高速飞行器结构件外表面,在飞行起始阶段,可表现出优异的电磁吸波性能,在高速飞行过程中,经气动加热,可原位转化为超高温(纳米)复相陶瓷涂层,形成对飞行器的有效热防护,从而表现出隐身防热一体化功能。
