The invention provides a mining forklift positioning and monitoring system which comprises a forklift end position sensor, a plurality of mine tunnel array receivers and a server, the forklift end position sensor is a positioning sensing device arranged on an under-mine forklift, the forklift end position sensor is connected with the server, and the server is connected with the mine tunnel array receivers. The mine tunnel array receivers are arranged at cross node positions in a mine tunnel, are in data connection with one another according to a mine tunnel communication sequence, receive broadcast signals of forklift end position sensors in the mine tunnel, carry out time marking on the broadcast signals and send the time marking information to the mine tunnel array receivers. The signals are transmitted to the server according to the connection sequence of the mine tunnel array receivers, the server is arranged at the position of a mine tunnel opening, the server makes the communication relation of the mine tunnel array receivers into a relation table according to the mine tunnel structure, and the positions of the forklifts are judged according to the same signals received by the related mine tunnel array receivers in the relation table.
