A penetrating hole for a steel wire rope to pass through is formed in the corresponding bottom plate below the winding drum; a rotating shaft at the tail end of the winding drum is provided with a kinetic energy recovery mechanism capable of charging when the lifting hook ascends or descends in a no-load manner and discharging to the motor when the lifting hook ascends or descends in a full-load manner; a self-cleaning mechanism is arranged on the winding drum and can clean the roller surface of the winding drum and a steel wire rope at regular time, and the controller is responsible for controlling the operation of the crane body and the motor, judging the starting and closing time of the kinetic energy recycling mechanism and the self-cleaning mechanism and controlling the corresponding mechanisms to work at proper time. The system can reduce the energy consumption of the crane.
