The invention discloses an aerated light board hoisting and clamping mechanism which comprises two sets of hoisting bases, two sets of clamping bases, a winding box and a flexible chain clamping assembly, an adjusting screw rod is in threaded connection between the two hoisting bases, the clamping bases are fixedly installed at one ends of the hoisting bases, and the winding box is fixedly installed at the other ends of the hoisting bases. A guide rail base used for guiding the flexible chain clamping assembly to move is fixedly installed on the bottom face of the clamping base, a driving motor is fixedly installed on the surface of the clamping base, and two shaft rods are rotationally installed on the inner side of the clamping base. According to the plate lifting device, the flexible clamping chain structure is arranged, the flexible chain clamping assembly is driven by the clamping base to conduct transverse expansion motion and longitudinal rising motion, the first chain belt and the second chain belt slide along the surface of a plate in an attached mode in the transverse motion till the first chain belt and the second chain belt are hooked with the two ends of the plate, and the plate is clamped and lifted; the device can adapt to hoisting work of plates of various specifications, and the practicability of the device is improved.

    本发明公开了一种加气轻质板材吊装夹持机构,包括:吊座、夹持座、收卷盒和柔链夹持组件,吊座和夹持座的数量为两组且两个吊座之间螺纹连接有调节螺杆,夹持座固定安装于吊座的一端,夹持座的底面固定安装有用于引导柔链夹持组件运动的导轨座,夹持座的表面固定安装有驱动电机且夹持座内侧转动安装有两个轴杆。本发明中,通过设置柔性夹持链结构,利用夹持座驱动柔链夹持组件进行横向扩展运动以及纵向上升运动,在横向运动中通过第一链带和第二链带沿板材表面贴合滑动直至与板材两端钩接,进行板材的夹持并进行吊装工作,可适配各种规格大小的板材吊装工作,提高设备实用性。
