The system comprises two sets of blocking mechanisms used in cooperation, and a blocking cable is arranged between the two sets of blocking mechanisms; the blocking mechanism comprises a fixed seat, a movable seat and a movable seat, the energy consumption assembly comprises an energy consumption piece capable of moving in the first direction. The fixing base is further provided with an anti-rebound assembly. The transmission assembly is arranged on the fixed seat; the transmission assembly at least comprises guiding pieces rotating around the central axis of the transmission assembly, and the two ends of the arresting cable penetrate through the two guiding pieces to be connected with the corresponding energy dissipation pieces. When the arresting hook and the arresting cable are hooked and the unmanned aerial vehicle moves in the first direction, the energy consumption piece and the arresting cable move along with movement of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and when the unmanned aerial vehicle is static, the anti-rebound assembly limits the current position of the energy consumption piece. And through cooperation of the energy consumption assembly and the anti-rebound assembly, it is ensured that the unmanned aerial vehicle is stably stopped, and meanwhile the system safety is improved.
