The invention provides a mounting structure and a mounting method of a spacecraft attitude control execution component, and relates to the technical field of aerospace application. The installation structure of the spacecraft attitude control execution component comprises a structural plate, a storage box support and a plurality of reaction wheel supports. The storage box support is fixedly installed on the structural plate, the multiple reaction wheel supports are installed on the structural plate around the storage box support, and the reaction wheel supports and the storage box support are installed in an embedded mode so that the reaction wheel supports and the storage box support can be reinforced mutually. According to the installation structure of the spacecraft attitude control execution component, the layout thought that a satellite storage box and a reaction wheel are independent of each other in the past is broken through, and combined installation of the storage box support and the reaction wheel support is achieved in an embedded mode; therefore, the weight of the reaction wheel support and the weight of the storage box support can be reduced under the condition that the rigidity and strength of the reaction wheel support and the rigidity and strength of the storage box support are not changed or meet the use requirements after the reaction wheel support and the storage box support are installed.

    本发明提供了一种航天器姿态控制执行部件的安装结构及安装方法,涉及航天应用技术领域。航天器姿态控制执行部件的安装结构包括结构板、贮箱支架以及多个反作用轮支架。贮箱支架固定安装在结构板上,多个反作用轮支架围绕贮箱支架安装在结构板上,且反作用轮支架与贮箱支架嵌合安装,以使反作用轮支架与贮箱支架相互加强。该航天器姿态控制执行部件的安装结构突破了以往卫星贮箱与反作用轮“各自为政”的布局思维,采用嵌合方式实现贮箱支架与反作用轮支架的组合安装,如此在保证安装后的反作用轮支架和贮箱支架的刚度强度不变或者刚度强度满足使用需求的情况下,能够对反作用轮支架和贮箱支架进行减重。
