The invention provides a reliable unmanned aerial vehicle hanging rack and a hook opening control method.The hanging rack comprises a first conductive fixing plate, a second conductive fixing plate, a conductive connecting part, an insulating fixing plate, a conductive falling-off plug, a fixing rack and two auxiliary separating mechanisms, and the first conductive fixing plate, the second conductive fixing plate and the insulating fixing plate are sequentially arranged on the fixing rack; the first conductive fixing plate and the second conductive fixing plate are respectively connected with positive and negative electrodes of a power supply and are connected with a current detection circuit, the conductive connecting part sequentially penetrates through the first conductive fixing plate and the conductive drop-off plug and extends into a limiting hole of the insulating fixing plate, one end of the conductive drop-off plug is in contact with the second conductive fixing plate, and the other end is connected with a hanger; the two auxiliary separating mechanisms are connected in series and then connected with the conductive connecting part. According to the invention, the reliability and the use safety of unhooking of the hanging frame of the unmanned aerial vehicle are improved by setting multi-stage redundancy control and software and hardware insurance modes, and meanwhile, the control complexity is not increased too much.
本发明提供了一种可靠的无人机挂架及开钩控制方法,该挂架包括第一导电固定板、第二导电固定板、导电连接部、绝缘固定板、导电脱落插头、固定架、以及两个辅助分离机构,第一导电固定板、第二导电固定板、绝缘固定板依次设置在固定架上,第一、第二导电固定板分别连接电源正负极、且二者连接电流检测电路,导电连接部依次穿过第一导电固定板、导电脱落插头、伸入绝缘固定板限位孔,导电脱落插头的一端与第二导电固定板接触、另一端连接悬挂物;两个辅助分离机构串联后连接导电连接部。本发明通过设置多级冗余控制、软硬件保险方式,提高无人机挂架开钩的可靠性、使用安全性,同时不增加过多的控制复杂度。
