The invention provides a hybrid power double-fuselage tilting propeller vertical take-off and landing high-speed aircraft and a method. The hybrid power double-fuselage tilting propeller vertical take-off and landing high-speed aircraft comprises fuselages, canards, main wings, tilting assemblies, folding and unfolding assemblies, an electric system, an oil drive system and a vertical fin. The canard wings and the main wings are mounted at the head and the tail of the fuselage respectively, and the top wall of the tail of the fuselage is provided with a vertical fin and inclines backwards; the oil-driven system comprises a piston engine with a propeller, is arranged at the center of the canard wing and the main wing through a tilting assembly, and is used for providing tension during vertical take-off and landing and cruising flight of the aircraft; the electric system comprises a plurality of electrically-driven propellers which are arranged at the top of the vertical fin and on the two sides of the head of the fuselage and can provide pulling force and conduct posture adjustment during vertical take-off and landing and low-speed forward flight; the electrically-driven propellers located in the front are connected with the fuselage through folding and unfolding assemblies and can be folded or unfolded along the fuselage. Power is provided in different flight stages through the electrically-driven propellers and the piston engines, the loading capacity is improved, and the endurance time is prolonged.
