According to the underwater visual monitoring device based on the marine environment, underwater sundries are not easy to enter the power source from the water inlet hole of the mounting assembly, namely, parts of the power source are not damaged, so that the situation that more underwater sundries influence the movement of the underwater visual monitoring device based on the marine environment or cause the damage of the underwater visual monitoring device based on the marine environment is avoided.
