The invention particularly relates to a control execution system and method for a vehicle, and aims to solve the technical problems that motors of an active suspension mechanism and a parking mechanism operate independently, two sets of motor assemblies are needed, and the production cost of the vehicle is high. In order to achieve the purpose, the control execution system of the vehicle comprises a control unit, a driving motor, a parking mechanism and an active suspension mechanism. Wherein the driving motor is electrically connected with the control unit and is provided with a first power output shaft and a second power output shaft which are mutually independent, and the control unit controls the first power output shaft and the second power output shaft to be switched and started. The parking mechanism is in transmission connection with the first power output shaft. And the active suspension mechanism is in transmission connection with the second power output shaft. According to the scheme, operation is convenient, practicability is high, active suspension control and parking control can be achieved through one motor, and the vehicle production cost is reduced.
