The invention provides a composite braking system of an electric chassis, and belongs to the field of vehicle chassis. The electric chassis composite brake system comprises a pedal shaft, a brake pedal and a detection control unit, and further comprises an independently-arranged brake pump, a control switch for controlling the brake pump to work and a brake which is connected with the brake pump and used for braking wheels, and a trigger part which synchronously rotates is arranged on the brake pedal or the pedal shaft. The control switch is arranged in the rotating stroke of the trigger part, so that the trigger part triggers the control switch after the brake pedal or the pedal shaft rotates by a set angle, and then the brake pump works and controls the brake to conduct braking operation. The braking process is divided into two parts, the front part is motor braking so that the vehicle speed can be reduced, the rear part is motor and hydraulic common braking, the braking reliability is guaranteed, the situation that the vehicle is braked by slightly stepping on a braking pedal is avoided, and the driving experience of a driver can be improved.
本发明提供了一种电动底盘复合制动系统,属于车辆底盘领域。电动底盘复合制动系统包括踏板轴、制动踏板、检测控制单元,还包括独立设置的制动泵、控制制动泵工作的控制开关以及与制动泵连接且用于对车轮进行制动的制动器,制动踏板或踏板轴上设有同步转动的触发部,控制开关设置在触发部的旋转行程中,以在制动踏板或踏板轴旋转设定角度后由触发部触发控制开关,进而使制动泵工作并控制制动器进行制动操作。本发明的制动过程分为两个部分,前面部分为电机制动,使得车速有一个降低的过程,后面部分为电机和液压共同制动,保证制动可靠性,避免稍微踩下制动踏板就使车辆刹死的情况,有利于提高驾驶员的驾车体验。
