The invention provides an emergency braking method and system used during brake pedal failure. The method comprises the steps that the brake pedal state of a brake-by-wire system and the operation state of an electronic parking brake system are obtained; determining whether a driver is in an emergency state according to the state of the brake pedal and the operation state of the electronic parking brake system; when the driver is in the emergency state, the driving braking requirement and the parking braking requirement of the driver are determined according to the operation state of the electronic parking braking system; and controlling an active actuator of the control braking system to output a driving braking torque according to the driving braking demand, braking the vehicle, and outputting a parking braking torque according to the parking braking demand when the vehicle speed is reduced to zero. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, when serious faults such as brake pedal jamming occur, through comprehensive treatment such as the electronic parking brake button and driver state recognition, traveling brake is implemented without depending on the travel of the brake pedal, and the traveling safety performance of the vehicle is improved.
本申请提出一种用于制动踏板失效时的应急制动方法及系统,所述方法包括:获取线控制动系统的制动踏板状态和电子驻车制动系统的操作状态;根据所述制动踏板状态和所述电子驻车制动系统的操作状态确定驾驶员是否处于应急状态;当所述驾驶员处于应急状态时,根据所述电子驻车制动系统的操作状态确定驾驶员行车制动需求和驻车制动需求;根据行车制动需求控制线控制动系统的主动作动器输出行车制动力矩,对车辆进行制动,并在车速降为零时,根据驻车制动需求输出驻车制动力矩。本申请提出的技术方案,当发生制动踏板卡死等严重故障时,通过电子驻车制动按钮和驾驶员状态识别等综合处理,不依赖制动踏板行程实施行车制动,提高了车辆的行车安全性能。
