The method comprises the following steps: constructing a historical electricity price data set based on historical electricity price data; training an electricity price prediction model according to the historical electricity price data set; inputting a plurality of future prediction time points into the trained electricity price prediction model to obtain electricity price prediction results corresponding to the plurality of future prediction time points; and inputting the electricity price prediction result into a trained deep neural network model constructed based on an SAC reinforcement learning algorithm, determining an optimal charging strategy, and controlling a battery of the charging and swapping cabinet to execute a charging action. The electricity price prediction model is better in performance and higher in calculation efficiency, the future electricity price is accurately predicted, the power supply amount is intelligently distributed, the two targets of low electricity price and rapid charging can be balanced, the judgment precision and reasonability are improved, and the operation cost of the charging and swapping cabinet and the power operation load of a power grid are effectively reduced.
本公开实施例提供一种基于强化学习算法的充换电柜智能充电方法,应用于充换电柜充电领域。所述方法包括:基于所述历史电价数据构建历史电价数据集;根据所述历史电价数据集训练电价预测模型;将未来多个预测时间点输入至所述训练后的电价预测模型,得到未来多个预测时间点对应的电价预测结果;将所述电价预测结果,输入至训练后的基于SAC强化学习算法构建的深度神经网络模型中,确定最优充电策略并控制充换电柜的电池执行充电动作。本公开的电价预测模型性能更好、计算效率更高,准确预测未来电价和智能化地分配供电量,能够平衡电价低廉和快速充电这两个目标,提高了判断的精度以及合理性,有效降低充换电柜的运营成本和电网电力运行负荷。
