The invention discloses a battery charging and replacing cabinet which comprises a cabinet body, a battery assembly, a charger, a water tank, a turning plate structure and a liquid cooling radiator, the battery assembly is located on the upper portion of the cabinet body and electrically connected with the charger, the water tank is located on the lower portion of the cabinet body and located on the lower portion of the battery assembly, and the turning plate structure is fixed to the middle of the cabinet body and connected with the bottom of the battery assembly. The charger is electrically connected with the turning plate structure, the liquid cooling radiator is fixed on the upper portion of the cabinet body, the charger is fixed on the liquid cooling radiator, and the liquid cooling radiator is matched with the water tank. Through the above design, the fire protection function of the charging and swapping cabinet and the liquid cooling heat dissipation function of the charger are realized, the safety performance is higher, and the use experience is better.
