The invention discloses a locking mechanism and an electric vehicle, the locking mechanism comprises a driving part and a locking part which are arranged on the electric vehicle, a matching part is arranged on a battery pack, and the battery pack is detachably mounted on the electric vehicle; wherein the driving piece is connected with the locking piece, and the driving piece drives the locking piece to move between an unlocking position and a locking position; when the locking piece is located at the locking position, the locking piece bears the matching piece so that the battery pack can be locked on the electric vehicle. The locking mechanism, the driving part and the locking part are arranged on the electric vehicle, the locking part is an action part, the driving part on the electric vehicle drives the locking part to achieve unlocking and locking of the battery pack, the battery replacing equipment only needs to bear the battery pack to move, a complex unlocking mechanism does not need to be arranged, and the battery replacing equipment is convenient to use. The structure and the battery replacing process of the battery replacing equipment are simplified, implementation in a limited operation space is facilitated, and the stability and the battery replacing efficiency of the battery replacing equipment are improved.

    本申请公开了一种锁止机构及电动车辆,锁止机构包括设于电动车辆的驱动件以及锁止件,电池包上设置有配合件,所述电池包可拆卸地安装于所述电动车辆上;其中,所述驱动件与所述锁止件相连接,所述驱动件带动所述锁止件在解锁位置与锁止位置之间移动;所述锁止件位于所述锁止位置时,所述锁止件承载所述配合件,以将所述电池包锁止于所述电动车辆上。本申请的锁止机构,驱动件和锁止件设置在电动车辆上,锁止件为动作方,通过电动车辆上的驱动件驱动锁止件实现电池包的解锁和锁止,换电设备只需要承载电池包进行移动,而无需设置复杂的解锁机构,简化了换电设备的结构及换电流程,便于在有限的操作空间内实施,提高了换电设备的稳定性和换电效率。
