The method comprises the steps that in the vehicle braking process, the first frequency of clamping force fluctuation of brake calipers and the second frequency of vibration of a steering system are obtained, and a plunger pump motor drives a plunger pump to build pressure and then controls the brake calipers to act so as to achieve vehicle braking; calculating a first frequency difference value between the first frequency and the second frequency; if the first frequency difference value is smaller than a preset difference value threshold value, the rotating speed of a plunger pump motor is adjusted, and when the adjusted plunger pump motor drives a plunger pump to build pressure and then controls the brake calipers to act, a second frequency difference value between the third frequency and the second frequency of fluctuation of the clamping force of the brake calipers is smaller than the preset difference value threshold value; the first frequency difference value is larger than the first frequency and the second frequency. The problem that in the process that the vehicle is braked through a plunger pump motor, the fluctuation torque caused by vehicle braking and the resonance risk existing in a steering system can be solved.
