The invention provides a disc generator integrated with a flywheel, a hybrid assembly and a vehicle. The disc generator comprises a flywheel, a rotor and a stator which are sequentially and adjacently arranged in the axial direction of the generator. The flywheel is used for being in transmission connection with an engine and driving the rotor to rotate through the torsional damper. The torsional damper comprises a driving disc and a plurality of circumferential buffering pieces. One of the end face of the rotor facing the flywheel or the end face of the flywheel facing the rotor comprises a groove, and the other one is used for fixing a driving disc of the torsional damper. The groove is used for containing the driving disc and the multiple circumferential buffering pieces, and the circumferential buffering pieces are used for elastically connecting the driving disc and the groove in the circumferential direction of the driving disc. The groove is used for fixing one ends of the multiple circumferential buffering pieces, and the driving disc is used for fixing the other ends of the multiple circumferential buffering pieces. According to the disc generator, the flywheel or the rotor is provided with the groove for accommodating the torsion damper, so that integrated arrangement of the flywheel and the rotor is realized, and the overall size is compressed on the premise of ensuring the transmission efficiency.
