The invention relates to an ice shape measuring system and method. The system comprises a plurality of double-frequency icing detection sensors which are distributed in a wing skin in a linear or array mode and used for transmitting ultrasonic signals to different positions of the outer surface of a wing and receiving echo signals of the ultrasonic signals; the image signal acquisition integrated system is respectively connected with the plurality of double-frequency icing detection sensors and is used for acquiring echo signals respectively corresponding to the plurality of double-frequency flexible film icing detectors and determining the ice layer thickness at the corresponding position according to the echo signals respectively corresponding to the plurality of double-frequency flexible film icing detectors; and obtaining a two-dimensional or three-dimensional ice shape on the wing surface. By adopting the double-frequency icing detection sensor, the ice shape on the surface of the wing is measured in real time, and the measurement accuracy is high; the double-frequency icing detection sensors are distributed in a linear or array mode, the measurement range is wide, and adaptability and reliability are high.

    本申请涉及一种冰形测量系统及测量方法。该系统包括多个双频结冰探测传感器,线性或阵列分布于机翼蒙皮内部,用于向机翼外表面不同位置发射超声信号,并接收所述超声信号的回波信号;图像信号采集集成化系统,与所述多个双频结冰探测传感器分别连接,用于获取所述多个双频柔性薄膜结冰探测器分别对应的回波信号,并根据所述多个双频柔性薄膜结冰探测器分别对应的回波信号确定相应位置的冰层厚度,得到机翼表面二维或三维冰形。通过采用双频结冰探测传感器,对机翼表面冰形进行了实时测量,测量准确度较高;双频结冰探测传感器采用线性或阵列分布,测量范围广,适应性和可靠性强。
