During use, a first servo motor of the lifting mechanism can be started to enable a threaded sleeve seat to drive a bearing plate to ascend to a proper height and to be placed on a transport carriage, at the moment, a second servo motor of the propelling mechanism can be started to enable a powerful suction cup of the suction cup mechanism to clockwise rotate by 90 degrees, and the powerful suction cup is adsorbed on the carriage; at the moment, the whole device can be pushed, so that the base is close to the carriage and placed on the carriage, the whole device achieves automatic loading operation, time and labor are saved, and the transportation efficiency is improved.
